In a few seconds, Ms. Hunter has all but metamorphosed into a chimpanzee, the role she plays in “Kafka’s Monkey,” a solo show produced by Theater for a New Audience that begins performances in New York, at the Baryshnikov Arts Center, on Wednesday.”
