Announcing the 2013-2014 Inaugural Season

The next chapter begins this fall with the opening of our new Center for Shakespeare and Classical Drama in Downtown Brooklyn.

We are proud to announce our inaugural season, which begins with Julie Taymor’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream by William Shakespeare. The season continues with King Lear, featuring the acclaimed British actor Michael Pennington and directed by Arin Arbus. Our first year in our new home concludes with Eugène Ionesco’s The Killer in a new translation by Michael Feingold, directed by Darko Tresnjak and featuring Oscar-nominated actor Michael Shannon.
