Polonsky Shakespeare Center

Theatre for a New Audience hosts a live taping of Person Place Thing with Randy Cohen at Polonsky Shakespeare Center.
Arin Arbus, 2017 OBIE Award winner and director of TFANA’s upcoming premiere production of Shakespeare’s THE WINTER’S TALE, will be joined by Jeffrey Horowitz, Founding Artistic Director. Emmy Award-winning writer and former author of The New York Times‘  “The Ethicist” column Randy Cohen moderates.

Person Place Thing is an interview show based on the idea that people are particularly engaging when they speak not directly about themselves but about something they care about. Guests talk about one person, one place, and one thing that are important to them. The result? Surprising stories from great talkers.

The featured musical guest for the evening will be Cajun great Big Mamou.

Tickets to the live-taping of Person Place Thing are $15 general admission and $10 for Theatre for a New Audience subscribers. Food & Drink will also be open in the lobby, selling snacks and light refreshments.

Person Place Thing is produced with the JCC in Manhattan and sponsored by WAMC Northeast Public Radio in partnership with the New York Council for the Humanities.
